Calling Men Back

The "Calling Men Back" initiative is dedicated to shedding light on the myriad challenges that impact our communities while simultaneously offering practical solutions that encourage collaboration and support among individuals through partnerships and community-driven activities. These pressing issues encompass bullying, adolescent substance abuse, teenage pregnancies, gang violence, various forms of abuse, mental health struggles, and the grim reality of sex trafficking. To tackle these concerns effectively, we will build strong partnerships with local non-profits, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations that share our vision, ensuring that our efforts complement rather than duplicate existing services. Our focus will also include equipping individuals with vital Workforce Development Soft Skills, aimed at those seeking employment or wishing to improve their job prospects. Furthermore, we will introduce Work Ethics training to empower community members not only to secure jobs but also to thrive in their roles. Our commitment extends to providing essential resources through referrals for housing, clothing, heating, and food, addressing the basic needs of our citizens. We will foster community engagement through various platforms, including street fairs, outreach meetings, and virtual gatherings, ensuring that we connect with our community in meaningful and impactful ways. Lastly, we will enhance accessibility to our organization by maintaining an informative website, an active Facebook page, and a dedicated phone line, making it easy for community members to reach out for the support and resources they need.
